The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a crowded area, next to Termini and many of the historical sites. The breakfast was savoury with cheese, appreciated what was offered. The stay was really really nice and I would stay here again.

It was one of the cheapest at termini location with private bathroom and breakfast. Good value for the money. Breakfast was not the best but she served watermelon and tomatos. It was close to metro (around 5 - 10 minutes) and bus stops (15 minutes)
The owner knows a little english, we can't speak italian as well so there was a big communication problem. We stayed for 3 nights but they did not change any of the towels and sheets. Towels were so rough.

The room was close to the train and bus station so we only had a few streets to walk after the bus trip from the airport, bags dumped and away. We walked to Colloseum, took metro to Vatican (metro station very near so easy). Walked back from Trevii. Hotel was not expensive and for 2 nights was just what we wanted - room in what seemed to be a house - but separate from the landlady's art. Quiet, clean,
We left at 7 am to catch flight at 10am so missed breakfast - landlady could have put herself out a bit, also did not talk English much. Apart from that just what we needed - a clean bed for the night to visit the sights.

The staff here is very attentive! They set us up with a large room that had its own bathroom and AC unit - super handy! 🌟.

Just few mins walk from train station. There's a lift so no need to take the luggage upstair. Very nice staff. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is nice and sometimes she would play cd when we're eating :)
It's close to the train station, but it really took me some time to locate the hotel. Our batheroom was although for our own use only, but it's at the end of the corridor, a bit inconvenient.

Great location
When we chose our room, the description said our private bathroom would be directly across the hall. This was very deceiving, because it was actually way down the hallway and we had to use a key everytime. It would have been worth the extra money to have a bathroom inside our room.

The location of this place is amazing, right in the city center which was perfect, the twin/double room was bright and the bed was really comfortable.

Only location, maybe.
The hotel is unworthy its money. It has separated bathroom (which is not stated clearly when i booked it) which you have to lock and unlock every time with a keyand the manager (an old lady whose English is not so good and is hard to understand sometimes) charged us deposit (50 euros) for the safe box. The wall is paper thin and i can hear the snoring of the people next door.
